Brown Widow Spiders
Brown widow spiders share a lot of similarities with black widow spiders, however, the biggest difference is brown widow bites are significantly less dangerous. Brown widows share the hour glass marking on its abdomen but is usually more orange-yellow than red. Other than the different coloration of the hourglass their bodies are brown instead of black are smaller and thinner than the black widow. The issue brown widows bring up in households is the amount of eggs and offspring they can produce. Females lay between 120-150 eggs per sac and lay up to 20 sacs per life time.
